Nikolaos was born in 1954 in Pyrgos, Ilia, Peloponnese. He graduated from the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1978. He was sworn in as a lawyer in Pyrgos in 1981 and founded the Theodorou law firm the same year. Years later, his daughter and son joined him as associates. Nikolaos specializes in civil, criminal, and administrative law. He was elected President of the Ilia Bar Association three times (2005-2014).
Renowned for his talent and human qualities, he was elected Deputy Mayor of the city of Pyrgos in 2023.
