Marizanna was born in Athens. She graduated from Athens University of Law in 1995 and was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 1997. She is specialized in criminal law (including financial crime law) and has handled with success various difficult cases up to the Supreme Court of Greece. She has defended a lot of accused persons for serious crimes of public interest. She speaks fluently French and understands English.
