Permit for Investors (Types B4 & B5)

Permanent residency

Seasonal work permits (Type E6)
 
To work in Greece as a non-EU citizen, any third country citizen would need both a work visa and a residence permit. The process typically involves a Greek employer initiating a labor market test and then sponsoring the work visa application.
 
What matters before starting the project :
 
• A Greek employer must first demonstrate a need for specific skills by applying for approval to hire at the Greek immigration authorities. 
• Positions based on a quota of non EU workers per sector are open every year.

Apply for a national visa at the Greek embassy or consulate in the client’s current country of residence. 
Collect the required and various documents, including the job offer from the Greek employer, the proof of financial means, a clean criminal record, and health insurance.

• Upon successful application, the client receives a certificate that allows them to reside legally in Greece while their application is being processed. 
• The residence permit is usually valid for two years and can be extended for up to three additional years

Digital nomad visa / Remote workers Visa in Greece (Type I.8)

Nomadic workers, our office helps you to apply for a Digital Visa for Greece, whether you are already living in Greece or are planning to settle abroad. The conditions for applying for this visa, which are governed by law 4825/2021, while its terms and conditions are further specified in Law 5038/2023, article 68. This procedure requires continuous support and monitoring to validate the administrative steps as swiftly as possible. We assist our clients in compiling the documents to be entered in their record application and take responsibility for its submission to the competent authorities in order to finalize the project for one or two years.

Please note that this type D visa also enables family reunification.

Real estate law for investors

For the provision of our office, we have a national and international network of experts in construction law, notaries and associated engineers.

We represent clients who wish to acquire professional or individual real estate in Greece (commercial and/or personal residence) in consideration of the following procedures:
